On Wednesday March 17 2010, the Roanoke Tea Party and the 2nd Tuesday Constitution Group sponsored a debate between the candidates running for the Republican Party Chair in both Botetourt and the 6th US Congresional district. Chip Tarbutton, president of the Roanoke Tea Party acted as moderator. Debating for the 6th district chair was Trixie Averill and Danny Goad. Debating for the Botetourt chair was Doug Gimbert and Christine Broughton. Valley Vision News took its cameras and captured the entire event. Click the images below to view the program.
